This is day 1. I am at 212lbs and 33% body fat. I                          Day 30 and seeing progress already. Down to 198 
am totally sick every time I look at myself. P90X I                          and 24% bf. I am really motivated about this
need help!!!                                                                                   program.


                               

This is day 60 and  lovin' every minute of it. I                                 This is the end of round 1 (day 90). I got all the  
have managed to get to 188 and 19.5% bf.                                   way down to 180 lbs and 15% body fat. Awesome
Clothes are starting to fall off of me.                                              Thanks P90X!!!!



                                

Start of round 2. Time to get really ripped. This                               Day 150 and I am at 175 and 9% bf. Weight lose
is day 120 and I am at 177 lbs and 12% bf.                                    is really slow now but the muscle gain is great.



                              

Here I am at the end of round 2 (day 180).                                  This is 60 days into round 3. My goal is to add muscle
I could not be more happier with the results. I got                       this time. Going well so far. I am at 188 and 9% bf.
down to 173 lbs and 7.5% bodyfat. Doing 2                                 Body fat is going up but that is to be expected when
round of P90X resulted in 56lbs of fat lose and                            you are trying to bulk.

This is also day 240 at 188lbs. You can really tell                            This is Day 270 of bulking with P90X. I am at 198

This is Day 300 of P90X and the end of a 3 months                        This also is the end of Day 300 of P90X. My goal
of bulking up. Anyone who says you can't gain                               for the next round is to drop down to 190-193
alot of muscle on this program here is the proof.                            and hit a body fat of 7%. I am currently at 10%
I went from 173lbs before bulking up to 210 lbs                             here and 210lbs. About a month away from getting
in this picture with minimum fat gain. You can                                 the 6 pack back. Look out!
definately see the gain I made since day 180.
